Here are answers to the most common questions from agents and homeowners — from scheduling to delivery and everything in between.

  • We deliver most packages within 24–48 hours. Larger projects like full video edits or luxury packages may take up to 72 hours. If you’re working on a tight timeline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • You can book directly through our [contact form], send us an email, or give us a call. We’ll confirm availability and send you a quick intake form to get started.

  • Not at all. As long the property as ready for photos and we have access (via code, key box, or home owner), we can handle everything. We follow your notes and ensure each space is photographed thoughtfully.

  • Our packages include up to 25, 30, or 35+ photos, depending on the tier. These numbers are guidelines — not hard limits. If a home needs a few extra shots to tell the full story, we’ll include them. You’ll never get cut off at exactly 25 if there are more rooms left.

  • Yes! We’re FAA-licensed and insured to provide high-resolution aerial photos and cinematic drone videos. It’s one of our most popular add-ons for land and luxury listings.

  • Absolutely. Add-ons like extra photos, drone content, twilight shoots, 3D virtual tours, and highly detailed floor plans are available for every package. We’ll work with your goals and budget.

  • We cover Missoula, Bonner, Frenchtown, Stevensville, and the Bitterroot Valley. For listings outside this zone, just reach out — we’re flexible and often travel (travel fee applicable).

  • You’ll get a secure link to download your files in both MLS-optimized high-resolution and web photo versions.

  • Yes! Property websites are included in several of our higher-tier packages (that include a virtual tour) or available as an add-on. These are great for social sharing, branding, and giving listings a polished online presence.

  • No problem. We understand things change quickly in Real Estate. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule your slot without a cancellation fee.
