Yes! We’re FAA-licensed and insured to provide high-resolution aerial photos and cinematic drone videos. It’s one of our most popular add-ons for land and luxury listings.

Our packages include up to 25, 30, or 35+ photos, depending on the tier. These numbers are guidelines — not hard limits. If a home needs a few extra shots to tell the full story, we’ll include them. You’ll never get cut off at exactly 25 if there are more rooms left.

Virtual tours are a 360° photo systems that allow prospective buyers to tour a home from the comfort of their computer or mobile device. SnapSold Montana utilizes IGuide as their choice to do virtual tours which is highly accurate in terms of imagery and measurements.

Text details in the tour and floorplan can be changed as needed/after the scan.

Packages include covered sq ft and larger properties may require additional fee depending on sq ft.

We deliver most packages within 24–48 hours. Larger projects like full video edits or luxury packages may take up to 72 hours. If you’re working on a tight timeline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely. Add-ons like extra photos, drone content, twilight shoots, 3D virtual tours, and highly detailed floor plans are available for every package. We’ll work with your goals and budget.

Not at all. As long the property as ready for photos and we have access (via code, key box, or home owner), we can handle everything. We follow your notes and ensure each space is photographed thoughtfully.

We cover Missoula, Bonner, Frenchtown, Stevensville, and the Bitterroot Valley. For listings outside this zone, just reach out — we’re flexible and often travel (travel fee applicable).

Sometimes a home is not in the best shape possible (clean, tidy, manicured) and professional photography cannot always fix these issues. SnapSold Montana will often recommend to move certain items or clean up areas, but is not a maid service. Please see the “Prep the Property” section of this website.

You’ll get a secure link to download your files in both MLS-optimized high-resolution and web photo versions.

Yes! Property websites are included in several of our higher-tier packages (that include a virtual tour) or available as an add-on. These are great for social sharing, branding, and giving listings a polished online presence. Websites are hosted for 1 year from shoot date.

No problem. We understand things change quickly in Real Estate(and also with weather!). Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule your slot without a cancellation fee.

SnapSold Montana retains all rights and ownership for all media created. Payment for media services allows for a license to use the media for the specific listing (unless otherwise agreed upon). Photos are not owned by client(agent/property owner) and clients are not allowed to transfer or sell the license without a separate agreement with SnapSold Montana.

As noted in the ‘Will the property be resprsented as-is?’ section, the goal of delivered media is to represent the home as it looks when it will go on the market, therefore anything that will fake or manipulate the image beyond reality is not used.

For example: Erasing a t-shirt left on the floor = OK. Removing a hole in the wall = NOT OK.

Media created specifically for social media(not posted on the MLS) may skew more stylized, but is still oriented to show the property as it currently stands.
